As a product team member at ThoughtWorks, I've learned a lot of techniques for working on a unified team. DevOps is often the term used to describe this unified culture, but underneath the surface it takes real (and hard) work to achieve it. In the talk I'll present three categories and several steps to making this cultural change, and how it affects teams, products, and users.
