Cath is the People Operations Manager at Buildkite where she assists in implementing human-centric leadership practices. She is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion and enjoys discussing ways companies can address the economic exclusion of minority groups in labour markets.

She loves to travel and learn about how people are using technology to solve problems. In her free time, she likes to tinker with Arduinos, sew and find where her dachshund is escaping from in the garden.

She is presently completing her Bachelors in Gender Studies and HR at Macquarie University.
