Krikor is a Sr ITSM Consultant at Microsoft Hellas, the International Representative of itSMF Hellas and a researcher at Henley Business School, Reading, UK. In the past, he has also held the positions of Project Manager and Security Officer. He specializes in ITSM consultancy developments as well as the design and adoption facilitation of service management good practices across the banking, insurance, construction, manufacturing, retail, aviation and lottery industries. Krikor’ s interests lie predominantly in service management, project management, business analysis, business process management and enterprise IT architecture. Krikor has authored several academic papers on the topics of Service Management, Project Management and Model-Driven Business Process Engineering. Krikor was awarded the Highly Commended paper in the 2017 Emerald Literati Network Awards for Excellence for the publication titled “Facilitating organizational decision making: a change risk assessment model case study” published in Journal of Modelling in Management.
