In the 5+ years in our DevOps journey we started with a DevOps department, followed by DevOps teams, applied SAFe, renamed to System team. There is a reason why DevOps transition are hard, especially in big enterprises where IT is considered as a cost center, service oriented, siloed and ticketing driven. In this lightning talk I would like to highlight some of my personal take around Agile, lean, DevOps.
