Using ChatOps Bots to Drive Practice Adoption

Complex DevOps practices that involve communication around highly technical work are often developed ad hoc. Technical workers don’t usually have time to leverage the experience of other technical teams and a large pool of academic research that could provide guidance. Is it possible to use ChatOps bots to make it easier to adopt industry best practices?

This ignite talk will look at a few examples of how we are building chat bots within IBM to enable a smooth adoption of modern DevOps practices.
