There are many different ways to deploy and operate Kubernetes ranging from DIY solutions such as Rancher to fully managed solutions like GKE. As Kubernetes has continued to mature and grow in prominence, the way we as developers deploy Kubernetes has changed as well. As we continue down this devops journey, we find a gradual convergence on managed solutions for Kubernetes.
