If you are coming by train you can check schedules at the Israel Railways website. You will need to get off at the Tel Aviv University station.
There are bicycle rental points all around Tel Aviv, appropriately called Tel-O-Fun, you can find all of the bike rental spots and the app for download on the website.
There are numerous ride-sharing and taxi apps in Tel Aviv, you can try Gett, Uber, Yango, and even Bubble for adaptive route ride-sharing.

For participants coming by car, parking is available within the Convention Center grounds. The cost to participants is 29 shekels for the day.
