Jacqueline Sloves is a Software Engineer at ClassDojo, an app that connects millions of parents, teachers, and students around the world. She holds a bachelor’s in Philosophy and Environmental Economics & Politics from UC Berkeley. She learned the language of computers after returning from a year of teaching English abroad in Ukraine in 2014. She is particularly interested in and motivated by fostering high functioning teams through meaningful relationships. When she's not coding, you may find her running ultra marathons, skiing, or making soup.
