DevOps practices have had a huge positive impact on teamwork. However, the DevOps paradigm is primarily focused on the more technical aspects of delivering value as a team. What about collaboration and communication outside agile teams? All too often, business stakeholders are abruptly involved in the development process, and business requirements get lost in translation. As a consequence, the solution provided by the development team hardly addresses the need of the business, and little value is delivered.
