Many organizations had to go remote during the pandemic, but it’s becoming clear that remote, or at least hybrid, work is here to stay in many places. But “just adding Zoom” doesn’t make you successful. What have DevOps and the CALMS principles taught us that we can use to make this a successful shift for our organizations?
