The Awesomeness of a personal Makefile and how you can use it to accelerate your team
Makefiles and other Automation tricks can be used to enable your teams to work faster and to assist with knowledge transfer between team mates. While most developers tend to use Makefiles and other tools to help them build the applications they work with, we will use this to build out a knowledge repository that we can build off of to allow us to accelerate the team.
