This talk will discuss how energy consumption data is collected, tracked, analyzed, and leveraged to deliver life changing benefits to those in greatest need. We power through energy usage data ranging years before and after the beginning of the pandemic to identify customers at greatest need of a suite of bill discounts, payment options, rebate programs, and direct install energy efficiency programs.
