Often T-shaped skills in the agile software development world refers to the need for cross-skilled developers, QAs in an agile team, e.g. a scrum team. The earliest known use of the phrase “T-shaped person” was in a 1991 however it was used many years before but though nobody didn’t use the term. I will give some examples of how T-shaped skills help to innovate and solve unobvious problems.
