Jon is a former DevOps engineer and currently the Director of Talent & Development for Fearless. He’s interested in all things learning and from one perspective, DevOps is about creating a learning and change system in the development and operation of a software system. Jon is the former chief engineer for the US Small Business Administration’s website (www.sba.gov) and AWS SME for the building of AWS Solutions Architecture Professional exam. Lately, he’s been working on applying the DevOps experience to build learning and culture systems for Fearless.
