Josh Jordan is a senior cloud technology leader with more than two decades of experience spanning infrastructure operations, enterprise support, systems administration, and technical leadership. At AWS, he leads teams supporting large-scale, business-critical cloud environments and has extensive experience with operational readiness, incident management, and complex distributed systems.

Outside of his primary role, Josh builds and experiments with AI systems, Kubernetes, local inference infrastructure, automation, and AI-assisted software development. His current interests focus on reliability, operational decision-making, and how human roles should evolve as AI systems become increasingly capable of taking operational actions.
