Mihai has over 20 years of experience in IT and is passionate about technology and the real impact it can have on people and organizations. He is currently a DevOps Capability Lead for Romania at Endava, a role he has held for the past two years, during which he has led and delivered multiple learning and development programs, actively contributing to the growth of the DevOps capability within the organization.
