Sutapa is an IT Chapter Lead at ING Netherlands. She has been working in different roles in IT and is currently leading the Risk Ops team in her department. She is a security engineer and AI enthusiast in her free time and loves exploring about the security and governance aspect of AI. She is a mom of a lovely boy and lives with her family in Netherlands. She is a strong advocate of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging at workplace and is also a member of the Women In Tech community in ING Netherlands.
