Richard is seasoned DevSecOps Consulting Manager at 3Cloud Solutions, boasts over 20 years of experience combining both operations and software development. He specializes in areas such as DevOps, automation of software delivery, monitoring software performance, and infrastructure management throughout the development cycle. In his free time, Richard is an active volunteer with Junior Chamber International (JCI), also known as the Jaycees, and has served on their executive board for numerous years. He is a frequent speaker and participant in user groups in the Chicago area and enjoys discussing topics such as Observability, Cloud Migration, and experiences from DevOps transformations.
Dawn is a developer‑focused marketing leader with expertise in cloud, edge, and developer platforms. She combines technical acumen and psychological insight to translate complex tech into human-centered narratives. A recognized speaker and community builder, she has led major developer events at Cloudflare and LaunchDarkly, and has served as a volunteer organizer for DevOpsDays Seattle, and Write/Speak/Code.
Chris Wiegman is a developer, educator, blogger and open-source contributor dedicated to creating human-centered, privacy-focused technology. Over the past two decades, he has built everything from WordPress plugins (including iThemes Security) to Chrome extensions, development environments and developer tools. A teacher at heart, Chris has lectured in aviation and computer science, mentored emerging technologists, and spoken at conferences worldwide. A former pilot turned software engineer, he remains passionate about building ethical, sustainable tools for real people.
Kevin started his career as a developer before discovering his passion for DevOps. He thrives on tackling tough challenges, building resilient systems, and learning from every problem he solves. In his free time, you’ll often find him volunteering at his kids’ high school or experimenting at home—breaking (and fixing) his own network just for the fun of it.
Matty Stratton is a well-known member of the DevOps community and the founder and co-host of the popular Arrested DevOps podcast. Matty has over 20 years of experience in IT operations and is a sought-after speaker internationally, presenting at Agile, DevOps, and cloud engineering focused events worldwide. Demonstrating his keen insight into the changing landscape of technology, he recently changed his license plate from DEVOPS
to KUBECTL
. He lives in Chicago and has three awesome kids and two Australian Shepherds, whom he loves just a little bit more than he loves Diet Coke.
Kevin Reedy is engineer from Chicago, currently working for GitHub as a Customer Success Architect. He also founded RecRec, where he uses technology to help build communities in recreation sports groups. In his free time, you’ll find him Playing Shuffleboard (the kind you’d expect to see on a cruise ship), Cycling, and Cooking.
