Alison Polton-Simon is a software engineer at ThoughtWorks in San Francisco. Currently, she’s empowering ThoughtWorks’ clients to reduce their build times and increase developer satisfaction through automated environment provisioning, configuration of pipelines as code, and other Infrastructure as Code best practices. Previously, she worked to help developers, operations teams, and business stakeholders make smarter decisions about their Continuous Delivery processes as a part of ThoughtWorks’ GoCD Analytics team. When she’s not coding, Alison enjoys getting far away from her computer for climbing, hiking and kayaking.
