Kendra is an energetic program manager on the Agile Program Management team at SPS Commerce. She works closely with the operations and development teams helping them refine their processes to improve collaboration, motivation, and velocity. Her focus is to help foster a culture at SPS that continues to value people over process and the importance of soft skills in an Agile environment. Prior to SPS, she played many different roles within product management, customer success, and project management at a startup in Minneapolis. Obsessed with road trippin’, mountains, and skiing; she spent two months on the road last year visiting 12 national parks and 16 ski resort towns.
