In DevOps we try to balance the development speed with risk. We may be able to detect when things go wrong, but how do we handle risky deployments when things do go wrong? Checklists have been used in the healthcare and aviation industries to mitigate mistakes and we’ll talk about how they can be applied in DevOps.
