Everyone adopting DevOps and Cloud applies what they know from their previous life and doesn’t initially recognize the paradigm shift. Effectively, they make a “steel copy of a wooden bridge”. There are significant effects of DevOps/cloud adoption on developers and management. I’ll summarize the highlights both.
