Jose Andrade is a Global Lead for the Customer Engineering SRE team at Google Cloud. He has a passion for implementing efficient operations and has many years of experience helping Google customers develop their own SRE practices. Prior to working at Google Jose worked as a Solutions Architect, DevOps Lead, and Software Engineer for government agencies, academia, and big enterprises. He holds a Master’s degree from Harvard University and numerous certifications in software engineering, cloud architecture, networking, DevOps, security, and IT Service Management.
