Tom Cavanaugh is a technical coach at Principal Financial Group with over 40 years of software and computer engineering experience. He has held various roles while working at startups and enterprises. In his current role, he is helping Principal move workloads to AWS by working with software engineers at all levels. He is excited to see the engineering community grow through the advances in developer support tooling, documentation, DevOps practices, and inner source projects.
